About Dr. Emmanuel "Manny" D. Eisenstein Emmanuel D. Eisenstein, MD was born from the rich soil of Mexico and raised with a spirit of service, resilience, and compassion. His journey from his heritage’s roots to the forefront of modern orthopaedic innovation has shaped not only his skill but also his purpose, to give back to the Hispanic and Spanish-speaking community through exceptional, understanding care. Dr. Eisenstein believes that every patient deserves to be heard in the language of their heart, and he has devoted his career to helping families reclaim their strength, mobility, and dignity. One warrior at a time.
Dr. Eisenstein is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with specialized expertise in trauma, limb salvage, deformity correction, joint reconstruction, and robotic-assisted joint procedures. A graduate of the University of Texas San Antonio and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, he completed his orthopaedic residency at William Beaumont Army Medical Center / Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center before proudly serving as the Orthopaedic Surgeon for the 160th Forward Resuscitative Surgical Team in the U.S. Army.

After completing his military service, Dr. Eisenstein refined his expertise through the Orthopaedic Trauma and Adult Reconstruction Fellowship at Hennepin County Medical Center, mastering advanced techniques in trauma and complex reconstruction. He is also certified in MAKO robotic hip and knee arthroplasty, allowing him to combine precision technology with compassionate, patient-centered care.
With more than 20 peer-reviewed publications and numerous national presentations, Dr. Eisenstein has made impactful contributions to orthopaedic research in sports injuries, fracture management, and surgical innovation. His dedication has earned multiple honors, including the Orthopaedic Trauma Association Funding Award and two podium recognitions for excellence in surgical technique. His clinical service extends across leading institutions in the U.S. and Germany, including Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center and Landstuhl Regional Medical Center.
Fluent in Spanish and deeply connected to his roots, Dr. Eisenstein continues to serve his community with humility and pride. Outside the operating room, he enjoys fishing, sports, playing music, and perfecting his BBQ craft — always grounded, approachable, and driven by the same spirit that first called him to heal. He is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Orthopaedic Trauma Association, and Society of Military Orthopaedic Surgeons.
